I’ve always had a passion for helping people meet their financial goals. My interest in the financial markets started when I was about 12 years old. Several of my family members, including my father and uncle, worked in finance. Listening to their conversations and speaking with them sparked my curiosity. They taught me how to read a stock page in the newspaper, a skill that laid the foundation for my future career.
Before founding Rosenstock Wealth Management, I worked in corporate finance. I made the change to personal financial planning because I wanted to help individuals meet their goals. Specializing in financial planning and working with Florida Retirement System (FRS) participants, I have developed a deep understanding of both the Pension Plan and the Investment Plan. I work with many educators and take pride in providing them with the knowledge and support they need to secure their financial futures.
I was born in Brooklyn, NY, and my family moved to Winter Park, FL, in January 1970. Except for my college years in St. Louis and two summers working in Manhattan, NYC, I have lived in the Orlando area ever since. Currently, I reside in Oviedo, FL, just a few miles from where I grew up. My parents, sister, and her family all live nearby, reflecting my strong family orientation.
I have two children, Stephanie and Ben. Stephanie is beginning her senior year of college at the University of North Florida, majoring in Financial Planning. When she graduates, she will join me in the business, making it a true family venture. My son Ben is starting college in August at Florida Polytechnic University, where he plans to study Computer Engineering and Cyber Security.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends. I’ve had a passion for aviation since I was very young and hold a private pilot's license. I also enjoy snow skiing and take annual trips to Colorado with my children. Traveling is another passion of mine; I’ve visited 47 states, and many countries in Europe, as well as Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji. Additionally, I bowl in a league with friends.
I hold a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis(1991) and an MBA from the University of Central Florida (1995).
